Any employee, however, is likewise responsible for his/her/their safe conduct in the respective working area. The management undertakes to instruct and support their employees in fulfilling their responsibilities in this regard.
• support preventive health protection for our employees by corresponding work place design and work processes as well as information and training sessions.
• instruct the employees with regard to matters concerning environmental protection as well as health and safety matters on a regular basis.
• avoid environmental risks in the future by continuously improving processes. All employees undertake to remove recognized risks for the environment and/or occupational safety immediately and/or have said risks removed.
• reduce our environmental impact by adhering to environmental laws and even beyond said legal stipulations and by using new technologies and/or processes and further to continuously improve our efforts in protecting the environment.
• comply with environmental-relevant requirements when developing new products.
• cconsciously use available natural resources and to avoid and/or reduce waste generation.
• ckeep our staff, customers, suppliers as well as the competent authorities and the interested public informed about our environmental objectives and activities.
• involve our suppliers, service providers and contracting parties in our efforts to better protect our environment.
• encourage and motivate all our employees to contribute to achieving the stipulated environmental and quality objectives by acting appropriately with environmental protection in mind.
