Plastic valves

High-quality plastic valves from RSG can be employed in all situations where metal fittings offer insufficient resistance to aggressive substances. Resistance to substances is taken care of by substance separation. In such cases the metal plunger is isolated from the substance by a PTFE bellows or a separating membrane. RSG plastic valves are suitable for use with fluid, gaseous and neutral media and particularly media with aggressive properties. Depending on requirements, PVC, PP, PVDF or PTFE may be employed for the construction of valve cases. The most common seal and membrane materials are EPDM, FKM and PTFE.

RSG plastic valves

are available in pressure-controlled and electromagnetically actuated options,
as direct-acting, force-pilot and pilot-operated valves,
from DN 1 to DN 50,
are available in 2/2–way configurations,
offer extremely high resistance and long service life and
can be employed at pressures ranging from 0 to a maximum of 6 bar.
